              A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHAIRMAN AND CHEIF
 
This year PEGASUS WORLDWIDE celebrates our tenth (10) year in the entertainment community. While we have experienced many transformations of our organization over this past ten years, one thing remains constant – our commitment to being a responsible and ethical organization.
As we pursue our vision to become the leader in self-service, our actions and decision- making will continue to be guided by our Shared Values of Integrity, Respect & Teamwork, Dedication, Performance and Innovation. PEGASUS WORLDWIDE’s Code of Conduct and Shared Values remain the foundation of how we will operate around the globe. We can never forget this foundation, even in the face of the challenging economic conditions that are impacting individuals and businesses worldwide. Indeed, it is at these times that great organizations reaffirm their commitment to operating from a core of integrity and ethics. In this environment, we must carefully evaluate our actions to make sure they are consistent with our Code of Conduct -- and in no case should we ever cut ethical or legal corners for the purpose of achieving short-term gains

While the Code of Conduct cannot address every situation, it provides an excellent guide to how we must interact with each other, as well as those with whom we do business and the entertainment communities in which we work. It is critical that each person, including myself, certifies to PEGASUS WORLDWIDE’s Code of Conduct. This is one action that further supports our commitment to protect PEGASUS WORLDWIDE’s reputation and brand – a responsibility that each of us contributes toward on a daily basis.
As we embark on our tenth yes tenth anniversary, we are proud of our accomplishments, but know this, we must earn our patrons of the entertainment communities’ respect each and every day. I expect that every interaction you have in your work at PEGASUS WORLDWIDE will be handled with transparency and integrity. We must all work to protect our reputation by always doing what is right no matter where we are – and – “when no one is looking”. We are the new PEGASUS WORLDWIDE leading how the MUSICAL world connects, interacts and transacts with business – with integrity.
